Submit Completion Report

To submit a Completion Report, open the Search Permits page.  Change the Permit Status to Issued, and then click the Search button.  A list of Issued applications displays, as shown below:

 

 

To submit a Completion Report for one of the permits in the list, click the Submit Completions button associated with that permit.

 

The Completion Overview page loads, as shown below:

 

 

Click the Enter Completion button, and the Completions page opens, as shown below:

 

 

 

Fill in all required fields, then click the Save button.  The Completion Overview Page loads, as shown below:

 

 

 

To cancel the Completion Report, click the Well Not Drilled checkbox. .

 

To view the actual permit, click the View Permit Image button.

 

To submit the Completion Report, click the Submit button (which will not become available until all required fields on the Completion Page have been filled out..   

 

After clicking the Submit button, the Completion Report will be forwarded to the District.
